The team here is fantastic. I put an order in for a large group early this morning and the team had it ready to go perfectly on time. Wanted to give a shout out to Hunter specifically. He could not have been more friendly, helpful and even offered to help get the large order to my car. I will definitely be coming back.

I love the ease of the drive thru window for pickup, and I’ve used it a ton! Tonight I submitted an order through the app and didn’t realize (until I got to the window) it was scheduled for pick up tomorrow. They were kind enough to make it for me! Such a positive end to a long day, even though it was my mistake. Excellent customer service!!

This particular McAlister’s location goes above and beyond in providing excellent customer service and quality food. We’ve never had a bad experience. The manager is attentive, the employees are helpful and the restaurant is clean. The only “issue” (for me) is that it feels too cold inside- which many people probably enjoy- so bring a sweater if you get cold easy, like I do.
